The Scheduled Work Orders section allows users to define recurring maintenance tasks across various facilities. This feature ensures routine or periodic work orders are created and executed efficiently.
Navigating Scheduled Work Orders
- The main page displays a list of Scheduled Work Orders, showcasing details like:
- ID: Unique identifier for each scheduled work order.
- Facility: The asset or facility associated with the work order.
- Zone: The zone where the work is performed.
- Type: Specifies the type of maintenance (e.g., Routine, Presco Check).
- Notes: Additional information about the work order.
- Interval: Indicates the recurrence type (e.g., Weekly, Monthly).
- Start Date: The starting date for the schedule.
- Enabled: Displays whether the schedule is active or paused.
- Details: Click the info icon to view or edit detailed information.
- Actions: Modify or delete a scheduled work order using the respective icons.
Creating a Scheduled Work Order
Click the Add Scheduled Work Order button on the top-right to open the creation form.
Step-by-Step Instructions: 
- Facility Selection:
- Use the dropdown filters to narrow down selections by Area, Run, Zone, and Facility Type.
- Search for specific facilities in the Search Facilities bar.
- Select the relevant facilities from the displayed list.
- Scheduled Work Order Details:
- Choose the Work Order Type (e.g., Routine Maintenance, Presco Check).
- Select the Interval Type (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Custom).
- Define the Schedule Start Date and Schedule End Date.
- Select a Visit Policy:
- Routine Maintenance Aligned: Ensures visits are grouped with other routine maintenance tasks.
- Standalone Visit: Creates a dedicated visit for the task.
- Add any relevant Notes for additional context.
- Submit the Work Order:
- Click Create Scheduled Work Orders to save.
- Use Clear Form to reset the inputs or Cancel to exit without changes.
Features to Note
- Details Column:
The info icon provides access to a detailed view of the scheduled work order, enabling edits to schedules, intervals, and other parameters. - Multi-Edit:
When enabled, users can select multiple scheduled work orders to edit or delete simultaneously. - Search and Filters:
Refine displayed work orders using filters by Area, Run, Zone, or the search bar. - Pagination:
Navigate through scheduled work orders using the pagination controls at the bottom.
Best Practices
- Consistency: Use the same interval types across facilities for streamlined maintenance.
- Enabled Status: Regularly check the "Enabled" column to ensure all critical schedules are active.
- Use Notes: Add meaningful notes for future reference or clarification during audits.
