Visits Section

The Visits section allows users to schedule and manage visits for specific facilities and assign relevant work orders to those visits. This ensures streamlined scheduling and the ability to track tasks effectively.
Page Overview
The Visits page is presented in a calendar view, showing visits scheduled by day, week, or month. Facilities are listed on the left, while their scheduled visits appear as colored blocks in the calendar. Each block contains details such as visit type and assigned users.
Key Features:
Global Filters:
- Located at the top-left of the page.
- Filter visits by:
- Area
- Run
- Zone
- Adjust filters to narrow the displayed visits.
Date Navigation:
- Use the left and right arrows or Today button to navigate between dates.
- Switch between Day, Week, or Month views using buttons at the top-right.
Search:
- Enter keywords in the Search Facilities bar to find specific facilities quickly.
Refresh:
- Click Refresh at the top-right to update the calendar view and load recent changes.
Add Visit:
- Add a new visit by clicking the Add Visit button at the top-right of the page. This opens the "Add Visit" form for defining visit details.

The Add Visit button opens a form for creating a new visit by selecting facilities, specifying a date, and assigning relevant work orders.
Form Fields:
Facility Selection:
- Area, Run, Zone: Choose the geographical location of the facility.
- Facility Type: Filter facilities by their type.
- Search Facilities: Narrow down facilities based on keywords.
- Select Facility: Choose the specific facility for the visit.
Visit Details:
- Visit Date: Mandatory field to specify when the visit will take place.
Work Orders:
- Assign work orders to the visit by selecting from the list of available work orders.
Actions:
- Reset Form: Clears all entered data.
- Cancel: Closes the form without saving changes.
- Create Visit: Saves the new visit and adds it to the schedule.
Key Notes:
- Visits are critical for tracking tasks tied to facilities, allowing for better planning and execution.
- Calendar views and filtering options enable easy navigation through scheduled visits.
- Each visit can include multiple assigned work orders for comprehensive task management.
This section ensures that every facility is visited at the right time and all associated tasks are handled efficiently.
