How to Use the Woodland OT - Power Data Hub

The Woodland OT - Power Data Hub is a user-friendly platform that provides Woodland Development Corp. employees with access to various power-related reports. Accessible from anywhere through the internet, the platform requires no login authentication but does necessitate a corporate Woodland DC email address to ensure data security and relevance.

Generating a Report

  1. Enter Your Corporate Email:

    • To start, enter your corporate Woodland DC email address in the 'Email Address' field. This ensures that the report is customized to your specific requirements and securely delivered.
  2. Selecting a Report:

    • Click on the 'Select a Report...' dropdown to view and select the desired report. Each report is tailored to provide specific insights and data.
  3. Additional Parameters:

    • Some reports may require or allow for additional parameters to refine the data. Pay attention to these options, which may be optional or mandatory, depending on the report.
  4. Submit the Report:

    • Once you've filled in the necessary fields, click the 'Submit' button to process your request. The report will be prepared and sent to your specified email address. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the report to show up in your email inbox. If the report generation fails, you will receive an email about the failure which you can send to woodland.support@flaresoft.solutions for assitance.


Customizing the Interface

  • Theme Settings:

    • The Power Data Hub supports theme customization. Look for the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage. Clicking it will allow you to switch between Dark, Light, and High Contrast modes, enhancing visibility and personalizing the user interface according to your preference.


Note for Users

The platform is designed for ease of use and accessibility. However, ensure that you enter your corporate email correctly to receive the data specific to your organizational role and requirements. Each report will have a dedicated article providing detailed guidance on how to use and interpret the data provided.
