The sidebar menu in the Woodland OT Hub mobile version provides quick access to the core features and functionalities of the app. It is accessible by tapping the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.

Links and Their Functions:

1. Asset List
   • Navigates to a list of all assets available in the system.
   • Allows users to view and manage facility-specific data such as zones, maintenance profiles, and associated work orders.
2. Today's Visits
   • Displays all scheduled visits for the current day.
   • Users can see detailed visit information, including location, work orders, progress, and navigation options.
3. Tomorrow's Visits
   • Provides a preview of visits scheduled for the next day.
   • Helps users plan ahead by showing similar details to the “Today’s Visits” section, including zones and assigned tasks.
4. Profile
   • Opens the user’s profile page.
   • Displays account details such as email address, account creation date, and assigned zones.
5. Sign Out
   • Logs the user out of the application securely.
   • Recommended to use this option at the end of a session to maintain account security.

Here’s a detailed explanation of the icons on the top bar of the mobile page, presented in order from left to right:

Server Connection Icon (two stacked server symbols):

• This icon indicates the status of the server connection.
• Tapping on it provides a popup displaying the current connection state:
  • Connected to server: All features are available and functioning normally.
  • If the server connection is disrupted, this popup will reflect that status.

Network Status Icon (Wi-Fi symbol):

• This icon represents the status of the internet connection on the device.
• Tapping on it provides the following details:
  • Internet connection active: The device is connected to the internet.
  • If no internet connection is present, it will notify the user.

Refresh Data Icon (circular arrows):

• This icon is used to refresh data manually.
• When tapped, it checks the connection status and ensures that all relevant data is updated.
• The popup will indicate readiness: Ready to refresh.

Pending Updates Icon (cloud with an upward arrow):

• This icon reflects the synchronization status of updates between the mobile device and the server.
• Possible statuses include:
  • Fully synchronized: All updates have been sent to the server.
  • Pending updates: Some changes are queued for upload.

Last Update Icon (clock symbol):

• This icon displays the timestamp of the last data update.
• Tapping on it will reveal:
  • No data loaded yet: If the data hasn't been updated yet.
  • Otherwise, it will display the most recent update time
