Material Transfers – Mobile Workflow

This guide explains how to initiate and manage Material Transfers using the mobile version of the system. It covers accessing the Inventory module, selecting a part, and beginning the material transfer process.

Step 1: Open the Inventory Menu

  1. Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. When the left-side menu appears, tap on “Inventory.”

This will take you to the Equipment Management screen where all inventory items are listed.

Step 2: Locate the Part You Want to Transfer

Once inside the Inventory module, you’ll see a list of available items.

  • Use the Category and Master filters to narrow down your results.

  • Alternatively, you can use the search bar to look up a part by name, part number, or master.

  • Or simply scroll through the full list of items.

For this example, we’ll use the Glycol Pump, but the process is identical for any part.

Step 3: View Available Locations

When you select a part (e.g., Glycol Pump), you’ll see:

  • Total quantity in stock

  • Total number of locations

  • The full part number

  • Whether the part is refurbishable

  • The unit of measure

  • The classification and retail price

Under this info, you'll find location cards — white boxes that show:

  • The name of the location (e.g., Carlyle Shop, Crystal Hills W2 Battery)

  • The status (e.g., "In Use")

  • The quantity at that location

? Tap any of these location boxes to proceed with the transfer.

Next Steps (To Be Completed in Future Sections)

This guide currently covers everything up to selecting a part and location for Material Transfer. Once the system is finalized, we will continue with the following sections:

  • Confirming the destination and initiating the transfer

  • Reviewing pending transfers

  • Processing invoices

  • Booking or rejecting material lines
